Melissa Browning is a proud member of The Agency, where she serves residential clients in Cypress, Houston, Tomball, and Horseshoe Bay with a specialty in luxury properties. A relationship-driven real estate professional since 2015, Melissa brings creative problem-solving, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first mentality to every transaction. "I'm passionate about guiding clients through one of life's biggest moments with clarity, care, and confidence," says Melissa. "A Texas native originally from Odessa, Melissa attended the University of North Texas before building a successful 25-year career as a fixture buyer for major retailers including JCPenney and Fossil. This extensive buying experience honed her negotiation skills and eye for value that she now brings to her real estate clients. Her achievements include recognition as a Top Producer in the Top 15% in 2023 and membership in the prestigious 100% Club for three consecutive years (2021-2023), acknowledging agents who earn over $100,000 in commissions. Having relocated to Houston 17 years ago, Melissa offers clients valuable insights about the Cypress area where she has raised her two children, who attend schools in the highly regarded Cy-Fair ISD. Her deep connection to the community provides a strong understanding of what local families value most. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, practicing yoga, reading, and supporting her 18-year-old son in his high school's FFA program and her 15-year-old daughter in competitive dance. She actively supports her church and childhood cancer organizations.
